Description: Polyphony Lit invites high school students worldwide to join its editorial staff, offering a platform to develop literary editing skills. After completing the "How to Be a Literary Editor" course, students begin as Junior Editors, providing feedback on poetry, fiction, and creative nonfiction submissions. The program emphasizes constructive critique, collaboration, and offers pathways to leadership roles within the organization.

Dates: Rolling applications; training course is self-paced and available year-round

Additional Info: The initial training course costs $99, with financial aid available. Editors can advance to senior positions by completing at least 20 submissions and one blog post.
