Description: TASS is a fully-funded six-week summer program for high school sophomores and juniors. Hosted at Cornell University and the University of Maryland, it offers intensive seminars in humanities and social sciences. Participants engage in rigorous academic discussions, develop critical thinking skills, and live together in a residential community. The program emphasizes intellectual curiosity, community engagement, and leadership development.

Additional Info: Applications open on October 15, 2024, and close on December 3, 2024. The program covers all expenses, including tuition, books, room and board, and field trips. TASS is quite selective, with an acceptance rate of approximately 3–5%.
