Description: Letters to Strangers (L2S) is a global youth-led nonprofit focused on destigmatizing mental illness and increasing access to quality mental health treatment. High school students can participate by writing anonymous letters, starting local chapters, or engaging in peer-led advocacy and education. The program fosters empathy and connection through structured, therapy-informed letter exchanges and community initiatives.

Additional Info: Students can start their own chapter with mentoring from L2S HQ. Scholarships are available for students involved in mental health advocacy.
